مشخصات اصلی سمپاش توربو لاینر 2000 هزار لیتری

شاسی دارای رنگ کوره ای الکترواستاتیک با امکان تنظیم ارتفاعتوپی و چرخ مختص کشاورزی ساخت شرکت Cyrovaترکیهسمپاش توربولاینر 2000 لیتری ( توربینی ) از نوع سمپاش های پشت تراکتوری است. این  نوع سمپاش در سمپاشی های  مزارع و هم در سمپاشی  های باغات مورد استفاده  قرار می گیرد. سمپاش توربینی زراعی دارای قدرت و فشار فراوانی  می باشد. این نوع سمپاش در ظرفیتهای با  مخزن 600 لیتری (سوارشونده)، 800 لیتری (سوارشونده) و 2000 لیتری (کششی) موجود می باشد. که فعلا سمپاش با ظرفیت 2000لیتری در مزرعه سبز آذربایجان موجود می باشدسمپاشی  کردن با سمپاش توربینی زراعی با  لوله ی  به شکل خرطومی و نازل انجام می گیرد. و فاقد بوم، شیلنگ و لانس می باشد.

کاربرد سمپاش توربو لاینر2000 لیتری

از سمپاش توربینی زراعی برای استفاده از سموم و مایعات به صورت مکانیزه در مزارع بزرگ و باغات کشاورزی استفاده می شود.
سمپاشی کردن با سمپاش توربینی زراعی (توربولاینر)منجر به کاهش هزینه وکاهش زمان در سمپاشی میگردد.در ضمن منجر به صرفه جویی در مصرف سم می گردد.

تجهیزات ویژه سمپاش

سمپاش های توربولاینر مجهز به پمپ پیستونی ساخته شده کشور ایتالیا می باشد. و تمامی قسمت های موجود در این سمپاش از جمله: نازل و فن و مخزن عالی وارداتی است.
این سمپاش مجهز به8 نازل برروی لوله اصلی و 3 نازل مجزا در کنار فن می باشد که مجموعا 11 نازل دارد. نازل ها ضد چکه بوده که به جهت سازگار بودن با محیط کشاورزی از چکه کردن سموم در هنگام قطع پاشش جلوگیری به عمل می آید.
تجهیز شده به سیستم پرکن فوری و سیستم همزن هیدرولیکی جداگانه از سیستم برگشت سمپاش زراعی می باشد. و همچنینمجهز به مدار هیدرولیک شستشو می باشد.

سمپاش توربولاینر زراعی مجهز به صافی و فیلتر با 4 مرحله فیلتراسیون برای مقابله از صدمه زدن به پمپ و نازل های سم پاش می باشد.
فن سمپاش اتومایزر مجهز به لوله خرطومی انعطاف پذیر دارای موتور هیدرولیک برای کنترل کردن چرخش افقی می باشد و دارای یک جک هیدرولیک برای کنترل چرخش عمودی می باشد.
گیربکس این سمپاش دوسرعته است که دارای کلاچ مرکزی است. که منجر به افزایش عملکرد دستگاه وبالارفتن طول عمر فن و گیربکس می شود.
